In keeping with our sustainability commitment, "To Make It Better," all extruded Royalite® products are recyclable. Typically, once customers thermoform and trim our sheets, they send the trim back to Spartech so we can use it again in another thermoplastic sheet.

Royalite® RoyalStat™

Parts made from RoyalStat™ PVC/ABS and PS conductive sheet are flame-rated and provide dimensional stability. They will meet the minimum static decay requirements outlined in MIL-B-81705C and NFPA Code 99 specifications and recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. 94V-1 at several gauges. For Anti-Static sheet used in medical, electronic, and food packaging environments to control/minimize static build-up/discharge, our PETG, rPET, APET, and HIPS sheet are clear and impact resistant. They also comply with FDA Additive Regulation 21 CRF 177.

Royalite® ABS Sheet

The Royalite® line of rigid thermoplastic ABS sheets share exceptional high heat performance. Their thermoformability, partnered with their ability to maintain strength at elevated temperatures, make these offerings a popular solution for applications which require movement resistance and/or boiling water sterilization.

Royalite® Aerospace Rated Sheet

This family of FAA-compliant sheet products combines light weight with very high impact strength, high tensile strength and stiffness, excellent formability and ductility. Royalite® G50 "Green" Building Product

Royalite G50 is truly a new green building product that represents a non-PVC alternative for a variety of sectors including building and construction and industries that require clean rooms like medical and pharmaceutical.

Containing no halogens or BPA, Royalite G50 is flame rated, long lasting for the life integrity of the surface, cleanable, and chemically resistant. Engineered to meet the stringent ASTM E84 Steiner tunnel test, Royalite G50 is suitable to use in any industrial building application requiring this test.

Available in a wide variety of colors and textures, including Matte and High Gloss, Royalite G50 is available as a custom extruded sheet processed to customer specifications. Royalite G50 comes in various sheet sizes with a maximum width of 60 inches and 144 inches in length. It can be thermoformed using standard single station, multi-station or pressure thermoforming equipment.

Royalite® R26 Food Contact Sheet

Royalite® R26 is a special ABS product that provides an unusual combination of very high tensile strength and stiffness coupled with outstanding formability. This sheet can be formulated to comply with current FDA and NSF requirements for food handling equipment and devices, and is available in a wide range of colors and textures.

Royalite® R104 Foam Laminated Sheet

Royalite® R104 consists of a soft-to-touch layer supported by a rigid ABS backing, giving excellent physical characteristics such as impact strength and ductility. This material’s ease of handling with one-step thermoforming makes it a popular choice for cost-effective manufacturing.

While Royalite® 104 is available in a number of standard colors, we are also able to provide custom color matching upon request.

Royalite® Static Control Sheet

Flame-rated and electrically conductive, containers made from this PVC/ABS sheet provide permanent static protection. This material also provides the dimensional stability typical of ABS plastics required for today's robotic material handling systems. Royalite® Sheet for Static Control meets the minimum static decay requirements outlined in MIL-B-81705C and NFPA Code 99 specifications, and is recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. with a classification of 94V-1 at 0.058". Thermoplastic sheet combines high stiffness and abrasion resistance with excellent thermoformability.

Royalite® FR Weather Resistant Sheet

Rugged, weatherable and flame-rated sheets provide excellent impact, color and gloss retention under outdoor exposure conditions. Royalite® FR weather resistant sheet is formulated to have a lower specific gravity to reduce the weight per part, thus reducing associated cost. The high impact and tensile strength, high stiffness, good formability and excellent weatherability allow for further cost reductions by supporting thinner-walled parts.
