OnColor™ FX Camouflage Colorants 
 

OnColor™ FX™ camouflage colorants are concentrates formulated for various resin systems to provide an effect similar to the leaf-and-bark pattern used for concealment in the outdoors.

Key Characteristics

OnColor FX camouflage colorants can be formulated in a range of hues, including green, brown, tan and black. Effects range from thin lines to large smears.

Supplied in pelletized concentrate, OnColor FX camouflage colorants are custom-designed for specific resin systems. A typical letdown ratio for each of the individual OnColor FX camouflage components is 50:1 (2%). The letdown ratio varies with the desired effect.

Additional Product Information

OnColor FX colorants are formulated to be compatible with injection-molding grades of a specific resin system. Some molding adjustments may be required, such as lowering backpressure, reducing cycle time and adjusting temperature profile. An accurate feeding system is recommended for metering the OnColor FX colorants during the process. Tumble blending the colorants with the letdown resin is also possible with most resins.
