OnColor™ FX Wood Grain Colorants 
 

OnColor FX™ wood grain colorants are pelletized concentrates formulated to give a wood-grain appearance to PVC siding. Available in a range of wood-tone hues, the grain effect works with co-extruded PVC siding processes.

Key Characteristics

OnColor FX colorants are designed for use in your specific resin system. A typical letdown ratio for an OnColor FX colorant is 50:1 (2%). This letdown ratio varies with the desired effect.

Additional Product Information

OnColor FX colorants are compatible with co-extrusion processes, though some extrusion adjustments may be required. An accurate feeding system is recommended for metering the OnColor FX colorants during the process. Tumble blending the colorants with the letdown resin also is possible with most resins.

Typical applications include building products (siding).
