WithStand™ Antimicrobial Technology is a customizable antimicrobial solution which is compatible with a variety of base polymers and is designed to combat surface microbe formation and growth. It helps to reduce odor, staining, discoloration, loss of mechanical properties and other detrimental effects associated with microbe growth on plastic medical device surfaces. PolyOne’s WithStand™ Antimicrobial Technology provides a safe, effective, durable built-in solution to help limit microbe development in the final plastic device.
