OnFlex™-V thermoplastic elastomer compound technology, classified as a TPV, consists of a polyolefin phase with a cross-linked EPDM phase dispersed into it, providing unique “rubber-like” performance in a thermoplastic material. This elastomer technology provides excellent performance in applications requiring higher use temperatures, resistance to oils and hydrocarbons, and low compression set.
OnFlex-V compounds can be supplied pre-colored to the customer’s specification or natural, which can be colored ‘in-process’ with color concentrates, such as PolyOne OnColor™ color concentrates.
Key Characteristics
- High heat stability
