PolyOne’s Maxxam™ FR flame-retardant polyolefin compounds are engineered to meet stringent flammability performance requirements defined by industry agencies, including Underwriters Laboratories®. Standard compounds conforming to UL 94 V-2, V-0 and 5VA performance ratings are available, with many compounds in the Maxxam FR portfolio offering elevated Relative Thermal Index (RTI) ratings. Specific grades are available for processing into injection molding, extrusion and blow molding applications.
