Designed for products requiring greater wear-resistance, PolyOne’s Geon™ Glide Vinyl Plastisols can be processed to provide longer service life and premium product performance. By fine-tuning plastisols to have a lower coefficient of friction, your customers will benefit from reduced wear, less downtime, fewer replacement costs and less energy consumption.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Formulated to meet virtually any plastisol need
  • Coefficient of friction (COF) is 10% to 60% less than conventional plastisols
  • Processable on conventional production equipment; no need for extra capital investment
  • Competitive with TPU, rubber and other higher performance materials
