OnFlex™-S series based TPE products are unique in that they are solely for the purpose of overmolding.  Grips, handles and soft-touch appliqués are the main function of these types of materials.  They are easily colored and bond to specified substrates.

Grade numbers:

• K6100 – Series formulated with FDA-compliant raw-materials and designed for food grade overmolding applications requiring good clarity (interior use only)
• K6200 – Series bondable to glass-filled PP, PC, ABS, PS, SAN, and TPU substrates
• K6300 – Series bondable to nylon and glass-filled nylon products

Hardnesses in all grades range from 10 – 90 Shore A. All exhibit excellent soft-touch and surface appearance for durability and chemical resistance to acids, bases and alcohols.
