Elastamax™9100 Series Thermoplastic Elastomers
A new class of TPOs based on reheology-modified alloys of polyolefin resins and elastomers. This technology creates improved low-shear melt strengths and shear-thinning characteristics suited for profile extrusion and extrusion blow molding applications.
Elastamax™HTE Series Thermoplastic Elastomers
Based on PVC resins and nitrile rubber, these elastomeric materials provide outstanding resistance to hydrcarbons and oils, offer excellent weather ability and provide an economic alternative to most costly thermoplastic elastomers.
Elastamax™XL Series Thermoplastic Elastomers
Based on palletized blends of polyolefin resins and select elastomers such as EPDM, these XL materials provide a balance of physical properties and processability, and an economical alternative to traditional thermoset rubber and more costly thermoplastic elastomers.
OnFlex™- O Thermoplastic Polyolefins
OnFlex-O compound technology has been engineered to provide a strong balance of physical property and process performance, including low density, and high tensile strength and elongation at break.
OnFlex™- S KA Two-Component Polyamide Compound
Grips, handles and soft-touch appliqués are the main function of these types of materials that are solely for the purpose of overmolding.
OnFlex™- S Styrenic Thermoplastic Elastomers
Compounds based on styrene block copolymers (SBC) technology.
OnFlex™- U Thermoplastic Polyurethanes
Compounds based on polyurethane polymers and offer excellent abrasion resistance and retain flexibility at low temperatures.
OnFlex™- V Thermoplastic Vulcanizates
Consists of a polyolefin phase with a cross-linked EPDM phase dispersed into it, providing unique “rubber-like” performance properties in a thermoplastic material.
Synprene™Thermoplastic Elastomer
Compounds based on styrenic block copolymer (SBC) technology, they are formulated to deliver extremely low hardness values not found in other elastomers. These materials are ideal for applications requiring flexibility over a wide temperature range, excellent colorability, broad processing capability and durability.
